Negotiation extends far beyond transactions. It is central to leadership—whether advancing one’s career, strengthening teams, or navigating complex business decisions or deal terms. Even the most senior executives benefit from honing these skills, as effective negotiation is key to exerting influence, making a positive impact, and fostering long-term success over the course of one’s career.

This program will explore two interconnected dimensions through the lens of female leadership:

• Negotiating in management and business contexts — approaches to leading teams, managing stakeholders, establishing deal terms and driving organizational value.
