A PEWIN LP-Only Virtual Event
PEWIN is excited to pilot the first in a series of monthly peer-to-peer virtual conversations designed exclusively for our institutional and fee-bearing LP members.
These sessions will create a forum for allocators to connect, exchange ideas, and discuss topics unique to LP activity.
The topic for this pilot will be:
Pacing Plans: Broken or Not? Commitment pacing plans are fundamental to private market capital allocation and liquidity management — but are the assumptions they rely on still holding up? Join us as we explore best practices, evolving market dynamics, and candid experiences around:
Slower distributions (particularly in venture and buyouts)
Extended fund lives and the rise of continuation vehicles
Liquidity management in the face of unexpected draws
The implications of unrealized distributions slipping into future years
Lessons from prior market cycles — and whether history might repeat itself
We will ask all attendees to share feedback following the session to help us refine the format and identify the topics that matter most to them for future programming.
Date: Thursday, June 12, 2025 Time: 11 am – 12 pm ET Venue: Zoom
**The event is exclusive to institutional or fee-bearing LPs investing in funds** Questions about eligibility? Please contact .
