Negotiation extends far beyond transactions. It is central to leadership—whether advancing one’s career, strengthening teams, or navigating complex business decisions or deal terms. Even the most senior executives benefit from honing these skills, as effective negotiation is key to exerting influence, making a positive impact, and fostering long-term success over the course of one’s career.
This program will explore two interconnected dimensions through the lens of female leadership:
Negotiating for oneself — strategies for self-advocacy in contexts such as year-end reviews.
Negotiating in management and business contexts — approaches to leading teams, managing stakeholders, establishing deal terms and driving organizational value.
Joining us will be leading experts Marie-Christine Maheas, Head of Diversity and Inclusion Center, Forvis Mazars, Sophie Wigniolle, Partner, Eric Salmon and Agnes Rossi, Partner, Private Funds Group, Proskauer Rose LLP. This session will be moderated by Isabelle Mathieu, Chief HR Officer, Eurazeo.
