Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change and appreciate your consideration in notifying us as early as possible. Doing so allows us to offer your seat to a member on our waitlist.
Cancellation by December 9, 2026:
Cancellations submitted in writing on or before December 9, 2026 will allow for a full refund minus a processing fee of 6%. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
Cancellation between December 10, 2026 – January 28, 2027:
Cancellations submitted in writing between December 10, 2026 – January 28, 2027 will allow for a 50% refund. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
Cancellation after January 28, 2027:
Cancellations received after January 28, 2027 will not be eligible for a refund. However, we still encourage you to notify us if you’re unable to attend, as we maintain an active waitlist.
