July 8 – PEWIN Toronto | 3rd Annual ASCEND Dinner

We are delighted to invite you to the third annual Toronto ASCEND Dinner, taking place on Wednesday, July 8, 2026, beginning at 5:30 p.m. at the offices of Torys LLP.
As a reminder, ASCEND is PEWIN’s leadership development initiative for high-potential mid-level LP and GP professionals who are on a trajectory toward PEWIN membership. This special evening brings together ASCENDEES and PEWIN members for meaningful networking, candid conversation, and shared insights designed to support the next generation of private equity leaders.
This year’s theme, “Taking the Reins,” explores the proactive steps our ASCENDEEs can take to shape and accelerate their careers. Through facilitated dinner discussions, we will examine strategies for building influential networks, self advocacy, cultivating sponsors, strengthening leadership presence, and creating a personalized roadmap for advancement.
While no two career journeys are the same, the most successful leaders share a common trait: intentionality. Whether you are looking to chart your own path forward or help guide and champion those who are, we hope you will join us for an evening of connection, insight, and inspiration. We look forward to sparking conversations that lead not only to new perspectives, but to meaningful action.
