Fireside Chat: What if our ability to decide, invest, and lead—often under intense pressure—were first and foremost grounded in our inner stability?
To explore this question, we are delighted to welcome Gwenn Libouban, author of Man Is a Walking Tree. A specialist in plantar reflexology, Gwenn has developed an integrative approach to well-being, drawing on bioenergetics and geobiology, at the intersection of scientific rigor and a nuanced understanding of human balance. Deeply connected to Brittany, she has collaborated with Michelin-starred chef Olivier Roellinger on the design of a hospitality project centered on sensory experience, before creating her own holistic wellness center in romantic Brittany, conceived as a place for renewal and mindful attention to the living world.
During this conversation, Gwenn will share her reflections on inner stability, the ability to sustain intensity over time, and long-term performance—topics that resonate strongly with today’s leadership challenges.
