Concentration vs. Diversification across Geographies and Sectors in PE Portfolios
In this session, LPs will discuss how they are balancing concentration and diversification in today’s private equity portfolios — across geographies, sectors, and manager exposure. We’ll explore how LPs are thinking about portfolio construction amid shifting global dynamics, the trade-offs between focus and breadth, and what “right-sized” diversification looks like in practice for different organizations. Participants will share real-world approaches to risk management, pacing, and re-allocation as markets evolve.
