The PEWIN Seoul Chapter is excited to invite you to our Seoul Year-end Dinner / ASCEND Event on December 13, 2024 beginning at 6:30 p.m.

PEWIN ASCEND is an emerging and targeted initiative focused on connecting our senior-level members with the next generation of women investors in both GP & LP roles. Our Seoul dinner event will bring us together with ASCEND nominees for an evening of networking, resource sharing, and discussion. These mid-level professionals will be private equity leaders in the coming decade and we look forward to building bridges with this important cohort as they grow.

We hope PEWIN members carry out informal conversations with ASCENDEEs and seek their input on:

• What are your greatest challenges at this stage in your professional and personal lifecycle?
• What types of programming and networking for women investors are most compelling for you?
• What areas of counsel are most helpful to you?
• Do you have access to mentors and champions?
• How can PEWIN members support you in your career development?

We hope to be able to come up with the most effective and structured way of mentoring ASCEND nominees following this event.
