Convening every other month, Extra Credit will bring PEWIN members together for candid conversations about the forces shaping global private credit markets, their intersection with private equity, and the implications for investors across the ecosystem.
From structured credit and fund finance to asset-based finance, BDCs, NAV lending and beyond, we’ll go beneath the headlines to examine what is actually happening in the market—with the candor, sharp insights and senior-level perspectives that define PEWIN conversations.
Inaugural session | October 14
Our first session will set the stage with a wide-angle view of the private credit landscape. Private credit has expanded dramatically—and so has the narrative surrounding it. Where is the market headed? Where are the most compelling opportunities emerging? Where are risks building? And where is conventional wisdom getting it wrong?
Together, we’ll separate buzz from reality, challenge prevailing assumptions and examine the dynamics investors are seeing firsthand in their portfolios.
Our first conversation will be led by Eileen Mancera, Managing Director of Pemberton Capital Management, with perspectives from our partners at Fitch Ratings, including Winnie Fong, Business Head of US Structured Credit & Private Credit and Meghan Neenan, North America Head of Financial Institutions, and an LP perspective provided by Dulari Pancholi, CFA, CAIA of NEPC, LLC.
