The PEWIN Midwest chapter is excited to bring members together to begin exploring this important question—and to start discovering our own “second act.” Whether you’re actively considering your next chapter, envisioning possibilities years down the road, or simply curious what Career 2.0 could look like, this workshop style gathering will provide the framework and inspiration to get started—and it’s never too soon to start!

Led by Master Certified Life Coach Serena Lal, this time together will include guided exercises and group discussion to start you on your journey, building the muscle of listening to your essential self, taking small steps, and balancing bold vision with openness to what unfolds.

You’ll leave with greater clarity, actionable frameworks, and new ways to approach not just your future chapters — but your present story as well.

About Serena Lal
Serena Lal is a Master Certified Life Coach. She brings to her coaching a twenty year tech career in sales, strategy, and general management across B2B software, digital media and retail tech. When not coaching, Serena is also a passionate investor in female business leaders who she believes are fulfilling their life’s purpose. She is a founding member of Fempire x SoGal, an angel investing community that teaches strategies and skills to women who want to invest in women. She’s also Board President for Collective Initiatives, a Chicago-based woman-led nonprofit serving Black and LatinX business owners.

Serena holds an MBA from The Wharton School at University of Pennsylvania. She has a bachelors degree in Computer Science from Cornell University and holds her coaching certifications through Martha Beck’s Wayfinder Life Coach Training program and Master Life Coach Training program.
