About ASCEND

PEWIN’s ASCEND program is designed to nurture and empower the next generation of senior women in private markets by engaging mid-level professionals—our ASCENDEEs—who represent both GP and LP communities.

This initiative focuses on building a strong pipeline of future PEWIN members by fostering meaningful connections between ASCENDEEs and current members through curated programming and networking opportunities across our chapters.

About Toigo RISE

Toigo RISE is a six-month leadership development program for mid-career women in private equity and asset management. Designed to build confidence, clarity, and career momentum, the program combines one-on-one coaching, group learning, and a mentorship component with PEWIN members to create a powerful, personalized experience. Participants gain practical strategies to lead with authenticity, navigate career transitions, and expand their influence.
