By registering for PEWIN Events, you agree to the following Event Policies which help us maintain the trusted, respectful, and collaborative environment that defines the PEWIN community.
PEWIN and its authorized representatives may photograph, video record, or otherwise capture portions of the events for archival, marketing, promotional, and community purposes. By attending the event, participants consent to the use of their image, likeness, and voice in PEWIN-related materials, including digital, print, and social media content.
To preserve the trusted nature of the PEWIN community, attendees may not record sessions, livestream discussions, or use unauthorized AI recording or transcription tools during designated confidential sessions.
Attendees with specific concerns regarding photography or media usage may contact PEWIN in advance of the event, and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests where feasible.
PEWIN’s Code of Conduct reflects the values and culture cultivated throughout our community over the past 15 years — a trusted environment centered on meaningful relationships, thoughtful dialogue, professional generosity, and mutual respect among senior-level women in private markets. We ask all attendees to help preserve this unique community by adhering to the following principles:
PEWIN encourages authentic professional relationships and collaboration among members. However, attendees should not use the PEWIN name, network, directory, or events for indiscriminate solicitation or aggressive business development activity.
Discouraged activities around PEWIN events include:
– scheduling unsolicited fundraising or investment pitches during PEWIN events,
– cold outreach leveraging PEWIN membership,
– excessive promotional activity or mass emails to our membership or event registration lists, unless authorized to do so
– and political or charitable solicitation
We encourage members to lead with relationship-building, thoughtful engagement, and long-term community participation. If you ever have questions about solicitation activity, please reach out to us at and we will provide guidance.
Members should respect the privacy of fellow attendees and the confidentiality of discussions shared through participation in PEWIN events and programs.
This includes:
– non-public business discussions,
– personal experiences shared in sessions,
– and member contact information such as email addresses and phone numbers.
Certain sessions may operate under Chatham House-style expectations, where insights may be shared broadly but comments should not be attributed to individuals or firms without permission.
All attendees are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully at all times.
Harassment, discrimination, intimidation, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. PEWIN reserves the right to remove any attendee whose conduct is determined to undermine the integrity, safety, or experience of the community.
Cancellations made more than seven days prior to any regional or virtual event are eligible for a refund, less a non-refundable 25% electronic processing fee. Cancellations made within seven days of the event, as well as no-shows, are non-refundable. Please refer to cancellation policies around major flagship events such as Pinnacle for any differences.
Registrations are non-transferable without prior written approval from PEWIN.
PEWIN reserves the right to modify speakers, sessions, schedules, or venue details if necessary.
PEWIN events are designed to foster candid, thoughtful dialogue among senior women in private markets. To preserve the trust and openness that define our community, attendees are expected to respect the confidentiality of discussions shared throughout the event.
Certain sessions may operate under the Chatham House Rule, meaning participants are welcome to use the information and insights gained, but neither the identity nor the affiliation of speakers, participants, or other attendees may be revealed without explicit permission.
Attendees are asked to:
– respect the privacy and confidentiality of fellow participants,
– refrain from sharing or attributing sensitive comments outside the event,
– avoid unauthorized recording, photography, livestreaming, or transcription of sessions,
– and not use AI meeting assistants, bots, or automated note-taking tools during designated confidential sessions.
This guidance extends to personal contact information, business discussions, investment perspectives, and experiences shared in confidence.
By participating in PEWIN events, attendees help maintain the trusted environment that enables authentic conversation, peer learning, and meaningful relationship-building.
