PEWIN NorCal is delighted to invite you to our annual ASCEND Forum on Tuesday, November 10, 2026, beginning at 5:30 p.m. at the offices of Thoma Bravo in San Francisco.
ASCEND is PEWIN’s leadership development initiative for high-potential mid-level LP and GP professionals on a trajectory toward PEWIN membership. This special evening will bring together ASCENDEEs and PEWIN members for meaningful connections, candid conversations, and shared insights—all in support of the next generation of private equity leaders.
This year’s program “ASCENDING with Purpose,” will explore how executive coaching can shape, enhance and accelerate careers at any point in your lifecycle. We are especially pleased to welcome Sloan Klein, one of the top executive coaches in the country for the investment management industry.
