PEWIN Chicago is delighted to invite you to an ASCEND Dinner on Wednesday, October 14, 2026, beginning at 5:30 p.m. at The Chicago Club.
PEWIN is a network of the most senior women in private equity, united to drive change in the industry by shaping a future where even more women lead the way. ASCEND is PEWIN’s leadership development initiative for high-potential mid-level LP and GP professionals who are on a trajectory toward PEWIN membership. This special evening will bring together ASCENDEEs and PEWIN members for meaningful connections, candid conversations, and shared insights—all in support of the next generation of private equity leaders.
At this year’s dinner “ASCENDING with Purpose,” we will explore how ASCENDEEs can take an active role in shaping and accelerating their careers. Through facilitated dinner discussions, we will consider practical strategies for advocating for oneself, cultivating sponsors, and giving and receiving feedback to create a purposeful roadmap for advancement.
We are especially pleased to welcome Alison Fragale, author of Likeable Badass, who will join us and help lead the evening’s discussions. Drawing on themes from her work, Alison will offer insights into how women can build influence, advocate for themselves, and advance with both confidence and authenticity.
